A relaxing and rejuvinating retreat focused on womens' wellness of spirit, mind and body. You deserve a reward for all the hard work you do! It's time to take a break from your hectic, everyday routine; stop answering to everyone else and do something for yourself.
Our packed program features an array of activities and instructional sessions to enjoy as well as allowing you opportunities to relax and “recharge your batteries” in an inspiring natural setting. Activities are led by experienced YMCA staff and guest presenters.

Connect with yourself and nature in as a time to rest and reset before the new year. Relax in our spacious heated cabins with bathrooms and showers (Please bring your own bedding and towels). Other cabin-style buildings provide indoor space for presentations. A variety of outdoor recreation facilities surround the cabin area.
Meals served in our Dining Hall include a variety of nourishing dishes to fuel your body. From Friday evening’s snacks through Sunday’s brunch, you’ll find plenty to reward your palate. Vegetarian and gluten-free options are always available and additional dietary needs can be accomodated with our food-service team. Please indicate special dietary needs on your registration form and/or contact our offices to discuss.
