Counselor In Training
Develop communication and leadership skills through team-building exercises, hands-on training with senior counselors and experiences with cabin groups and activities. This program bridges the gap from camper to staff member, and is sure to be an experience that will not be forgotten.

Our terrific Counselor in Training program is a 4 week experience that guides kids entering Grade 11 in the fall 2012 through the transition of becoming future camp counselors, while still enjoying the fun and excitement of being a camper. Our CITs play a significant role in leading our spirited and caring camper community, and we teach them the best practices of successful camp counselors. Two CIT Directors facilitate this program and mentor the CITs throughout their 4 weeks. Enrollment in this program is limited and requires an application and interview.
