Our terrific Counselor in Training program is a 4 week experience that guides kids entering Grade 11 in the fall 2012 through the transition of becoming future camp counselors, while still enjoying the fun and excitement of being a camper. Our CITs play a significant role in leading our spirited and caring camper community, and we teach them the best practices of successful camp counselors. Two CIT Directors facilitate this program and mentor the CITs throughout their 4 weeks. Enrollment in this program is limited and requires an application and interview.

The CIT or Counselor-In-Training Program Develops Leaders


This day camp opportunity is open to campers entering the 9^th Grade in the fall of 2012. Participants will experience camp skills including team building, wilderness training and practical hands-on training working with younger campers. Overnight camping plus before and after care opportunities will be available as options. Please note that enrollment opportunities in the program are limited.

This is strictly a two-week, Monday through Friday program for sessions 1 & 2 and sessions 3 & 4 of day camp. Registration for 2012 LIT program will be available soon.
