Adventure Day Camp at YMCA Camp Bernie is a thrilling, active day camp program for boys and girls entering grades K-8 next fall. Our weekly sessions allow campers to enjoy and explore everything our beautiful 275 acre facility has to offer. We believe that a camp experience provides children with the unique opportunity to try new things, and discover who they truly are. We will help children to make new friends, build memories and to challenge themselves daily.
A full schedule of activities includes daily pool swimming, arts and crafts, court and field games, archery, climbing tower, nature center, canoeing and so much more. Our programs in day camp are both progressive and age appropriate and our experienced, caring staff will guide your child to build confidence, develop skills and have fun.
9 one week themed sessions, before and after camp options, as well as specialty programs such as horseback riding, mini-biking and renowned YMCA swim lessons offer parents the flexibility of scheduling and the knowledge that your child is being cared for by an organization with over 50 years of caring for people of all ages.
