ADVANTAGE BEFORE/AFTER PROGRAM LEADER
While under the overall direction of the Advantage Before/After School Site Coordinator, Program Leaders will provide assistance and homework help to students in the before and/or after-school program, and will lead engaging academic, enrichment and recreation activities with groups of students. Program Leaders will provide opportunities for students to develop and strengthen academic, physical and social skills following the program curriculum. The Before School program operates from 7 am- 8:35 am daily, and the After School program operates from 3 pm- 6 pm daily.
SEASONAL INSTRUCTOR POSITIONS
YMCA Camp Bernie is currently accepting applicants for 2 full-time seasonal positions. Dates of emplyment are scheduled to be April 9 through June 17, 2012, and candidates will be welcome to extend their employment by applying for a position in our summer camp program. Flexible hourly rate, with a general work week of 35-40 hours. Room and board will be provided as additional compensation. Outdoor Education, Nature Guide and Recreational Facilitator positions available for Weekends, Weekdays & Evenings! Lead activities such as: Guided Hikes, Teambuilding, Climbing Tower, Low & High Ropes, Arch- ery, Canoeing, Stream Ecology, Native American Games, Candlemaking & Nature Shows.
