All Leadership Staff are responsible for the administration of all camp programs, and will work as a team with the Program Directors and Camp Directors. In addition to their area of responsibility, leadership staff will work with the Program Director to implement special events, provide leadership for staff and campers, and perform other duties where needed. All leadership staff must be at least 21 years of age, have previous camp experience, and demonstrate leadership abilities. A driver’s license with a clean driving record, CPR and First Aid certifications are also required.

Description: We are currently accepting qualified applicants for a leadership position in our summer residential camp program as our Pioneer/Brave Unit Leader. Candidates should be spirited, organized and able to work as a team in a rigorous residential camp program. Experience working with boys ages 7-11 required. Primary responsibilities include staff and camper supervision, program development that is age appropriate and memorable for younger male campers, as well as other administrative tasks as delegated by Camp Directors.
